What happens to the personal data you send us through this website, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

What we process
When you use a contact or demo-request form: your name, e-mail address, company and message.
With every submission: the IP address it came from and the time it was received.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it uses is a session cookie for our own staff’s sign-in to the administration page; visitors are not given one.
Why
To answer your request, to arrange a demo or an offer you asked for, and to keep the forms from being misused.
Legal basis
Article 5(2)(c) KVKK — processing directly related to setting up a contract you asked about; and Article 5(2)(f) — our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free from abuse (the IP address).
Where it is kept, and who else sees it
The website and the submissions are hosted by Fly.io, Inc. on servers in its Frankfurt (Germany) region.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long
For as long as needed to answer your request and any business relationship that follows from it; then it is deleted.
Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to an outcome produced solely by automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
